Drilling out bilgewell hole. Remember, you need to keep the hole just big enough for the temporary bolts during transom installation. Now you can drill it out with a 1” spade bit to get ready to install the bilge drain tube. Just make sure that you DRILL AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE TO THE TRANSOM. Use a square to drill the hole.
